DOES DRAMA QUEEN HAIR STUDIOS OFFER A REFUND OR EXCHANGE POLICY?

Yes, we are pleased to offer our customers a refund and exchange policy on unopened merchandise within 30 days of receiving your order on hair extensions only, mink lashes are non refundable. Drama Queen Hair Studios is incredibly proud to offer quality products to our customers and we find our customers are normally incredibly pleased with our products. Although we exhibit low return rates, we also understand there may be situations in which case a return or exchange is necessary. In these cases, we are happy to accommodate for any merchandise unopened and un-tampered with. 

WHY ARE DRAMA QUEEN HAIR STUDIOS PRODUCTS NON-REFUNDABLE ONCE OPENED?

As our products are made from human hair, we do not offer returns or exchanges on opened merchandise for hygienic purposes. 

HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE?

Please e-mail dramaqueenhairstudios@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order including your order number and your request for an exchange or return. For an exchange, please also include your new choice of extension colour or lash name. 

DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR THE SHIPPING OF MY RETURN?

Yes, you are responsible for all exchange or return shipping costs.
