What is the difference between 260g, 200g, and 160g extensions?
All Drama Queen Hair Studio extension sets come with 8 wefts of hair in order to blend them in properly with your own hair. Essentially, the difference between these sets is that the 260g, 200g, and 160g extensions are thicker. So, if you have thick hair we would definitely recommend our heavier extensions!
How do I track my package?
You will be sent a shipping confirmation e-mail, which will disclose all tracking information.
My Drama Queen Hair Studio extensions are not the right colour, how do I exchange?
If your Drama Queen Hair Studio extensions are not the right colour, DO NOT remove the security seal on the package. If removed, an exchange cannot be processed. If you would like to send them back, please e-mail dramaqueenstudio@gmail.com with your order number and new colour of choice.
We also recommend sending it back with a tracking number, as Drama Queen Hair Studio is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.
How do I know which colour to choose?
If you are unsure which Drama Queen Hair Studio extensions match your hair best, please e-mail us at dramaqueenstudio@gmail.com with a picture of your hair in natural light and we would love to colour match for you!
Can my Drama Queen Hair Studio extensions be dyed?
Yes- Drama Queen Hair Studio extensions are made from 100% human hair and thus can be coloured. However, our extensions have already gone through a dyeing process so we only recommend colouring from a lighter shade to a darker one. Lightening and adding bleach to the extensions may damage the hair and shorten its lifespan. Please seek a professional hair colourist’s opinion.
Can I use hot tools on my Drama Queen Hair Studio extensions?
Yes! As Drama Queen Hair Studio extensions are 100% human hair, they can be straightened, curled, and molded to for hairstyle! Just like your own hair, we always recommend protecting your Drama Queen Hair Studio extensions with heat-protectant spray.
How often do I wash my Drama Queen Hair Studio extensions?
Only wash your Drama Queen Hair Studio extensions when it absolutely needs it! Unlike your own hair, extensions do not get mucky with natural scalp oils and thus do not need to washed often. When washing, use a small amount of shampoo and loads of conditioner.
